I'm here for the weekend. The transient rate is $1/ft + $6/day elec. With free wifi, free laundry, free pump out, ocean access, nature trails, picnic areas, kayaking excursions and the dolphin aquarium the place excels. The rate is $8/ft/month + $125 liveaboard utilities for a longer stay. (one month limit for living aboard) Take care and joy, Aythya crew

I stopped in on my way to 'Bike Week'..if you saw my BMW R1200GS/A that was me.. asked what the rates are go'n to be next year management didn't know..
