Re: Marathon Marina fire

I think its the marina where most of the dive and charter fishing boats are berthed right next to Salty's (which also burned down a few years ago) ... directly across Rt. 1 from Marathon Key Marina.

Re: Marathon Marina fire

If you're familiar with Marathon it's the Vaca Key Marina behind Porky's BBQ on Rt 1. Most people passing through Marathon will be staying in Boot Key Harbor.

Pics are from the Boot Key Harbor Cruisers group on Facebook

Re: Marathon Marina fire

Anyone hear a cause yet? Did it start ashore or on a boat?

In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair. Margaritas fix everything.
