Anchorage in Savannah

Does anyone know of an anchorage within dinghy distance of downtown Savannah? We just tied up at the Westin's docks. The price is negotiable this time of year, but its still not free. I couldn't believe a city with such a large water front and proximity to the Atlantic doesn't have a popular anchorage.

While I didn't see any in the city or on their waterfront, there are anchorages off the ICW that have access to Savannah via buses, etc.
