ASA classes in St. Pete at "International Sailing School" and January sailing
I'm going to be in the Tampa Bay area in January and I'm planning on taking some ASA courses (at least 101, 103 & 104 -- maybe 105 & 106, too). Anyone familiar with the "International Sailing School" in St. Pete? Are they good?
I'll probably try to load up on courses at the beginning of the month, but after that I'd like to connect up with locals and get even more sailing in for the rest of the month. I do have considerable small boat sailing experience, but I'm trying to get my larger boat experience up as I'm looking to buy a 32' cutter and go cruising south next year. Let me know if you'd like me to look you up when I'm down that way.
