Tampa Bay area mini cruise ideas

My Admiral and I are bareboating a Beneteau 323 out of St Pete next week for a 3 day / 2 night mini cruise. Basic idea, if the weather cooperates, is to visit Egmont Key on day one, anchor overnight somewhere near the Manatee river, and "play it by ear" for day two & night two, possibly returning to St Pete or possibly spending another night on the hook somewhere along the south side of the Bay.

Any "don't miss" sights or spots that we should be taking account of?
