Yes, there are some other manufacturers for steering pedestals. You might consider Whitlock (www.whitlocksteering.com/pedestals.htm), or Solimar (www.sealogy.com/solimar/solte.htm). There are also some very good custom builders like Goetz Marine Technology or CSI-composites (www.csi-composites.com) that can build a pedestal to your specifications.
