Finding Jack Stands

Where can I get jack stands to do an at-home bottom job on my trailered boat? I have never seen them for sale or rent in my non-coastal area.

Jerry Hammill responds:
Thanks for the question. You're in luck. The place you need to go is Brownell Boat Stands in Mattapoissett, MA. You can find them on line at www.boatstands.com, or you can call them at 800-533-8433. There are probably some other sources out there too, and if this one isn't convenient for you, ask them who their competitors are and which ones might be closer to you. Best of luck with your project.
