Can anyone name this bimini

I am just getting into looking for a bimini top for my tartan 30. I have not taken any measurements yet but this one looks like it would work. anyone know who makes this? or of one similar?

Re: Can anyone name this bimini

There is like a gazillion and a half bimini top manufactures if you google bimini tops for boats. I did order one for a Venture 22 I use to own. Took a few measurements according to the instructions on the web site, make a color selection, selected the material, pressed the buy button, yadda yadda yadda, the UPS guy shows up with the bimini. I was satisfied with the product. I don't remember who it was.

Take your measurements and see whether a stock bimini will work. If so, that's going to be the least expensive route. eBay has 'em, and you can find them on Craigslist sometimes, too. Next would be a custom one. For that, you can DIY it using Sailrite's kit, or you can hire someone.

Re: Can anyone name this bimini

Hmmm, yea, I yahoo'd them and did not come up with much. Alot of huge ones that looked like they were to big. Ofcourse looked at ebay and craigslist also. Did not see anything in that style/size. Got any names? I did not run into any sites that do custom or anything with a measurement form/calculator. Guess I just need to keep looking. Really would like to pick one up today though. Thought it might be as easy as finding a bimini place then telling them I want a bimini for a t30 then pay and leave.

You got to know your measurements.
Here are some web sites:
Bimini Tops - Superior Quality and Craftsmanship - Finding the right top is easy. | Carver Covers - Bimini Tops - Personal Watercraft Covers free shipping and boot.
http://www.empirecovers.com/biminitop.aspx

Here at the sailnet store:
Sailing Hardware: Harken, Lewmar, Schaefer, Forespar. Marine electronics from Raymarine, Garmin, Furuno, more

This one looks like it has a tutorial on biminis and how to measure for one.
Bimini Tops - Sunbrella Bimini Tops for Boats & Pontoons - iboats

I have no connection with any of them.
