B & G GPS problem

Hi

I''m having problems with my B & G Network GPS. While out sailing, the display suddently went blank. During several hours of sailing,it came back up again a few times for a few minutes each time (displayed location and SOG/COG). Several other times, it dimly displayed a message "NO SAT DATA" for a brief period. My assumption is that I have a corroded connection, probably the power connection. Any suggestions for dealing with this would be greatly appreciated.
