gasket for flush cockpit engine hatch

I need to find a "T" shaped or other gasket to seal my flush cockpit engine hatch. Any thoughts? I am desperate to solve this problem!

http://www.mcmaster.com is the best online hardware store. They have everything.

If you can measure the leftovers of a worn out one they can match it if it ever was a standard seal. Else they sell the stuff to make them.
