Old Hood roller furler

Hello

I have an old HOOD roller furlerHello for the jib and need some parts
Looks like I will only be able to keep the tubing

All I can read is something like: 915 seafurl LD or maybe LO

Anyone knows where I could find parts
Other than EBay or Craigslist?

Thanks

Re: Old Hood roller furler

You can check with Hood, of course Hood Yacht Systems, in case they still support it. I had an old Hood furler that had stopped working. I called them and found that although they no longer had parts, they were willing to sell a new system at a discount.

Re: Old Hood roller furler

The LD furlers that use a single endless line to furl aren't supported anymore. They also don't reef very well.

Hood gave me a very good price on a new furler when I asked about parts for my LD furler. It's been working great for me.

I have a Hood 705 LD that was used as a mast furler. Check with Hood to see if any of it is usable for you.
