I have a Catalina 30 with what appears to be a fairly standard mainsheet traveller system. This rig is set up such that the lines converge on one point on deck, but three points on the boom. The line leading to the aftmost point on the boom, rubs the dodger as we tack. There is chafe protection on it, but it''ll burn through fairly quickly. Has anyone tackled this issue on their boat???
