Repainting

I am getting ready to repaint the hullsides. I am going to have a local boatyard spray it. They have worked on the boat for years and do reasonably good work. Their price is $8000.00 for the hullsides and $2500.00 for the topsides (the boat has teak decks so the topside is nothing more than the cockpit floor and the cabin sides). The boat is 44'' and in excellent shape. Does that sound like the right ballpark?

That entirely depends on what they are going to spray on your hull and exactly what they are going to do to prepare the surface before they spray it.
