Uses for totally shot sail?

The P.O. was kind enough (insert sarcastic tone here) to include a genoa when I purchased my P26. Turns out the genoa was from a roller furling on another boat, and, even if it was usable, it's not usable on my boat. It's in total tatters; the clew triangle area isn't even attached to the rest of the sail, the sacrificial luff tape has long ago sacrificed everything it had to offer, and a huge percentage of the seams have rotted out. It resembles a kit of pieces more than a sail.

Restitching and repairing it would seem to be a waste of time and resources. Soooo... are there any creative uses for all of this sail fabric? I hate to just throw something this bulky in the trash. Ideas?

Thanks...

Barry
