Turbine over Mast hole

We have secured this 12 inch turbine to cover our mast hole to help with ventilation over the winter. Anyone had any experience with these?

Re: Turbine over Mast hole

If the boat is covered it won't work. If the boat isn't covered, it might get enough snow and ice to stop turning. O/w that is cool idea.

Re: Turbine over Mast hole

They use them on commertial buildings all over the world it should work great you will need to have air coming in and may have to clean snow off once In a while these are normally used to vent hot attic air
