Re: Hodges Marine Electronics

I've never bought from them but have their website bookmarked. They have some very good prices at times. I wonder if their response would have been better had you noticed the issues sooner.

Re: Hodges Marine Electronics

I recently purchased an autopilot replacement wheel from them (ordered from their online division). Received nothing but excellent service, purchase was shipped very promptly. No problems or issues with items ordered.

Did you check if the item online was listed as "open box" ?

Hodges Marine is the BEST. Very fast, best prices on the net and handles returns without issues. HIGHLY Recommended.

Re: Hodges Marine Electronics

I've had good luck with them, also. Good prices and the items I've ordered have been delivered exactly as advertised.

I too have ordered from them several times in the past and have nothing but positive things to say. Excellent prices and quick shipping. I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
