Winterizing Checklist for daysailers

Getting started a bit late, wanted to ask if anyone can shoot me a checklist for winterizing their daysailerss

I'll be storing my Ensign on a trailer in a boatyard, have directions to use PVC poles/t-connectors on railing to hold the cover up to hopefully shed snow and rain, see link below:

Have outboard motor that I'll keep in the basement.

Might put a few buckets of damprid in the cockpit/cuddy and maybe the bildge to keep moisture down and hopefully keep enough out so it doesn't freeze.

Time permitting will give the hull/topsides and deck wax job.

Other ideas?
