propeller - 2 or 3 blade

Hi,
I need help deciding between getting a 2 blade or 3 blade propeller on a new Catalina 36 with a wing keel. I have very little experience with docking. Since I am mooring the boat for the most part, I am not sure how often I will need to dock? And how often do I need to go backwards when docking?

consider a campbell sailor prop. weather you use a 2 or 3 blade is your choice but if you go to the campbell sailor web page they have some convincing arguments for using a 3 blade unless you are a heavy duty racer ( wing keel makes me believe that racing is not on top of your list) I sail a Hunter 37cutter and the 3 blade i use has been great and the boat still sails well. i think the web site is www.westbynorth.com (or northbywest) worth the read chet p
