Mechanic and Rigger in Marina Del Rey and Radar Question

Hello all,
I'm working toward finalizing the purchase of our first sailboat (1988 Hunter Legend 37.5) and I am so glad to join the sailnet community. I've been part of dual sport moto (KLR 650) forums and volkswagen forums (1986 Westy)for years and I'm glad to find you!
So I've done quite a bit of searching on here for what I'm looking for but need some recent specifics.

1. I need a suggestion for a great mechanic in the Marina Del Rey area. She's got a Yanmar 3HM35F inside with a leaky raw water pump that was discovered in the survey. I would do this myself normally but I am in SF and don't have time to get down there at the moment. Besides I would like to go ahead and het a full engine service performed. And... What should this cost +/-?

2. I need a rigger to shimmy up top and replace a missing anchor light. Anybody know a good rigger in MDR? And... what should this cost +/-?

3. Currently sourcing a delivery captain to bring the boat from MDR to San Francisco Bay area. Any good recommendations for this? And...you guessed it, what should this cost?

4. Finally...The boat does not currently have a radar on board and I am going to want to outfit her with some upgraded electronics asap. I have never used a radar before so I am interested in your experience. I was checking out the Simrad NSS7 Display with a Broadband 3G radar. Do you think this would be a good choice? It seems very user friendly and quite expandable for the future.

Well my wrist is cramped and the tip of my pointer finger is sore from typing this out on my cell phone. Thanks for reading and I look forward to getting to know you guys.
