how to remove folding prop?

I need to remove the two blade floding prop from my Volvo Penta saildarive (120S) to replace the zincs. Question is how?. I''ve removed the pins and the prop blades and the center shaft screw and lock washer. Question is how do I remove the propellor nut. Is this a treaded nut and if so which direction is the treads (The shaft rotates counter clockwise in forward gear). Once I remove the prop nut do I need a puller to remove the prop assembly from the shaft. Is the shaft splined?

You''ve probably figured this well before this but....
Just turn the nut off counterclockwise and pull the hub off. It should come off easily. The hub is splined. Be sure to grease it well when you put if back on.

Want a 17 x 13 folding prop? Trade for 16 x 11? It''s too big for my boat.
