roller furling luff size

Hi
just got a new ( used ) Harken roller furler for my boat... Now I find out that the channel is for a no 6 luff and all my sails are No 5 .... its 1/32 difference..

Do I have to send the sails away to put in a bigger luff line ? or can i just sweat it and use the sails as they are ??
