water proof access hath

Does anyone know where I can find a water tight access hatch, in plastic, with an opening of approx 13x13in or custom made. I need this for a small locker in the back of a cockpit seat that is leaking badly. The original is just a homemade frp door. All the usuall candidates, Bomar, etc. are either too narrow, or too long. I didn''t know square was such an unusual shape for an access hatch(<:
