ENGINE driven Watermaker

Anyone have experience putting together an ENGINE driven RO watermaker using a commercial pressure washer (such as a CAT) and off the shelf RO components. I''ve read several articles concerning this type. Would appreciate any info regarding sources, experiences etc.

You wont be able to develop sufficient trans-membrane pressure with a pressure washer pump - you need volumetric flow AND pressure.
