Does Sail-Net offer rentals? I know they sell them. (On special this month!) I did see an ad for a place at

and a google search turned up a bunch more. You may want to try to find an outfit near you in case there are hazardous materials charges on getting it to where you are. (compresssed gas cannisters, etc.)
Have you tried BoatUS. They rent other safety items like EPIRB. Check out their website at www.boatus.com. I believe that this is a service that offer to members. An annual membership can be less than $20. I hope this helps
