Fat Boat rollout. F-46 reveal

We finally wrapped up the Fisher 46 restoration we were doing. After nineteen months, she rolled out of the shop.

We also had to rip the interior apart to replace most of the wood and all of the fabric in the boat.

We also had to rebuild the scuppers, bulwarks and housetop in places.

All in all, a tough drawn out affair.

Here's a slideshow for those who want to see all of the pictures.

Beautifully done, Charlie... quite the project - no wonder we've not heard much from you lately!

Always love to see your work. CNC machinings, injection moldings, and laser cuttings are kewl, but you once again prove that it is with skilled human hands that the greatest things are done.

Actually, we're back down to one building for now as it's been slow. Yeah, it was more than a mouthful for sure.
