Unknown knotmeter

I recently purchased a boat that has an old knotmeter that I am unable to identify. Can anyone help? On the face of the knotmeter is the logo "rb II". Inside the cabin near the back of the knotmeter is a box. Printed on the box is "KL1000". The box has some wires that attach to the knotmeter. Both the knotmeter and the box have a series of posts for electrical connections. Would anyone have a wiring diagram for this or at least know what connects to what posts? Thanks!
