PFD with harness

Has anyone come across a PFD with harness that is made for children? I am not having an easy time finding one for children. It would be much easier and nonrestrictive to have the two combined.

I am looking for the same thing, but so far fail to find one. Are you looking for the inflatable kids jacket? If so, they do not exist (it''s against the USCG low), but there is a hybrid one at landfall navigation that I am considering. The separate harness will have to go over/under. Poor kids!!!
