Teak & Rubber plywood

I have already removed the teak planking from my cockpit seating (1968 Cheoy Lee Alden 32)and the tar bedding. I am planning on replacing the teak planking with teak and rubber plywood (it has the look of teak and caulking without the work) it is an exterior marine ply 3/8 thick constructed of mahogany and teak. I would like to epoxy the sheet material to the seats, or would a bedding compound and screws be better to allow for future removal? Does anyone know how well this material stands up to the elements? Thanks.
