Manufacturer List

First of all I have to compliment SailNet and the resources available here. I have looked around the web for quite some time and this site is the best I have seen.

Their articles are helpful and their message boards are useful and responsive.

Still I think this site could be improved by the addition of a Manufacturer List. I have spent countless hours of wasted time trying to find lists of manufactures for various marine products. For example, I am still looking for options on polished stainless steel fixed windows.

There are some websites out there with marine directories but they are always incomplete, out of date and poorly organized. SailNet could even add links on each of the company detail pages to link to their Store. Providing company details could also be a new revenue source for them.

Any thoughts?

Mithril,
You may have a good idea - tell Sailnet. On their Home Page there is a "Contact Us" hyperlink under the title "Send Us Your Comments". Give them a try - see what happens.
