Homemade LED designs

In a previous topic, a few weeks ago, someone mentioned that they had built their own LED bulbs (for anchor lights, I believe) from some plans published in Good Old Boat a couple years ago. I have been looking for these, and have found that they are from an article called "LEDs afloat" from the September '05 issue (correct me if I'm wrong). However, this article is not archived, and I'm having no luck finding it elsewhere.

Does anybody happen to have a copy of this article? I would really like to build one of these lights, and feel that this article could save me a lot of time...
