stepping mast on catalina 30

What is the proper procedure to step the mast? I understand the crane, boat yard etc.
but I don''t see where to disconnect at the deck.

The mast sets on the fitting bolted to the deck. Once the shrouds and stays are disconnected ( and the spar is supported by the crane)the spar should lift right off.
Do''nt forget to diconnect your wiring harness ,x-ducers and 12v. and feed them up the compression post. Also pay special attention to roller furling x-trusions they can kink if not properly supported.
Check w/ me if you have questions. W''eve done quite a few of these.
Good luck!
