Toe Rail for a Ranger 28

During a club race we had an encounter with a Hunter 29. The discussions of who is at fault have long since faded but the damage to my Ranger is still in tact. In order to do the repair I need about a 3'' section of toe rail. Is there anyone out there that could point me in some direction. I believe that company that made the rail extrusion is out of business, but maybe someone still uses the equipment and still makes the toe rail. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
