TXS-ALAMO is on a distinguished road

I'm getting ready to paint my 30 year old deck and topsides. I hate to have to sandoff all the old paint (at least 3 layers). Does anyone have experience with using paint strippers on painted fiberglass? Forget about saving the gel-coat; it's long gone.

GOOGLE =>" paint stripper fiberglass"

Old standbye paint strippers with "methalyne chloride", I have always heard will soften fiberglass (assume that means polyester resin). However a quick google showed several links to products designed to remove paint from fiberglass so there you go!
