water in diesel fuel

volvo md2b. drained iaw manual, and purged air. still will not start. do i need to remove an d clean injectors?

Question: Did you remove and clean the fuel filter? Also you could try a little Starter Fluid. If there is not much water in the fuel you can use Can Heat or Hyd Fulid to break up the water particals.

Just a couple of thought that might help before removing the injectors.
