mayfly stains

My Morgan 32 is in drydock and was stored under a large yardlight. This resulted in my deck and cockpit being covered with 2-3 inches of dead mayflies. I have not been able to get the stains out of the gelcoat. Any suggestions.

I would try something like Goof-off, a generic adhesive remover, or a bug/tar remover that can be found in automotive stores.
