deck blister/cracking refinishing

hi all i have a problem! i just went back to our boat and found cracks in the deck and cabin top non-skid, and some blistering in same. noticed small cracks when boat went in about 2 1/2 weeks ago, but now they seem to have really gotten larger/ more pronounced as of tonite. if anyone has done repairs please elaborate on same. our boat is a 1979 GulfStar 37. would it be alright to do sections. there does not seem to be any moisture in core by meter indication. i do know how to use meter i was taught by suveyor.
i know G.S.s are known for blister problems, and i have been watching this situation develop. we've had unbelievably high temps and humidity for last 2 weeks up here in the north east. i covered the boat last fall with poly tarps and checked every other week and did not have a condesation issue as the winter before when we purchsed her. the boat has always been a northern boat never south of N.J. since new.
any help or info would be appreciated.

regards mike d
