After a long and expensive ($1200) process of elimination, it has been determined that my engine has a vacumn leak in the oil feeder tube leading to the strainer. They tell me that this little tube is more expensive to fix than a repower, due to having to pull engine. Anybody got any better suggustions?
If you have a 1B the pickup tube assy. is a spare part and not more expensive than a repower. MD1 has a different pickup but is still repairable. let me know if I can help. DickV.
Hey guys Im restoring a westerly pageant and have gotten to the engine . I've got a volvo md1 and the original engine panel. I need to find the wiring diagram for it. can anyone point me it the right direction.
