Lost Rudder at Sea

The rudder on the Kirby 25 that I just bought fell off (corrosion inside of the rudder) while on the water. A couple of divers went looking for it but were unable to locate it. Any help on where I could buy/have made a rudder for this boat would be greatly appreciated.
