Parts for Honda 100 9.9HP outboard

Hi,

The starter clutch (I think that's what it's called) makes a pinging sound when I get it up to rev. I can fix it briefly by pulling the started cord a little, but it comes back. Thinking to replace the starter assembly, where can I get one. Engine is a 1981 Honda 100 9.9hp 4 stroke.

From what I've been told while looking for a dinghy motor, the only place to get Honda parts is from a Honda dealer.
