Help me find my keel!

I recently aquired a 21 foot Aquarius and I have no knowledge about this ship.The keel is a swing keel (i think) and it has NO crank or anything indicating that it is mannually dropped/raised. Does anybody know??? How about a Owners Manual?

I found my keel one day......it was at the bottom of the boat.
