Rubrail for Hunter
I have a 1987 Hunter 28.5. There is about 4 feet of damage to the port rubrail and I'm having a helluva time finding any replacement for it. Hunter doesn't stock it any more, Taco has nothing like it and despite numerous visits to salvage yards, I can't locate any of it. I've been looking for a very long time.
I placed a classified here and I figured that I'd try a post in this forum too. From what I understand, all of the small to mid-sized Hunters from the mid-80s had the same style.
If anyone has seen any of this or has an idea where I might look, it would be GREATLY appreciated. It's an extruded aluminum design. I've attached a picture showing the damaged area and the rubrail itself. Hopefully that'll show up.
