Boat Upholstery

We recently needed some upholstery work done on our Cheoy Lee 44 and I considered sending the work to Mexico (if I could find a good shop- heard one could get good, cheap work done there), but felt it was risky.
Instead, I decided to get a few local estimates in the Galveston, TX area.
I was surprised to find a local guy who was excellent and very reasonable (and some who were not). Since I spent so much time finding him (or I was pleased with his work... and we even used leather), thought I would pass on the contact information for anyone interested.
His name is Ulysess Choice and he owns 1st Choice Upholstery in La Porte, Texas, (281) 842-7606. He''s had years of experience, so I bet cushions and such could be shipped to him... might want to check on that first, however.
Happy boating!
Annie
