Jim, I was using Eggers Sails in South Amboy for years until they closed. I have my sails in at North Sails on Route 34 now for cleaning and some minor stitching. They get a lot of business from my yard and everyone is pleased. Years ago these folks had a loft in Point Pleasant called Shore sails. I used them then with success when I was on BB.
A few years ago, Sean (T37) chef ripped his mainsail heading north, Henry turned it around in a few hours for him. 732 528-6565
Brad Linthicum was recommended to me by my local Hobie dealer (who has experience in many more sailboats than Hobies). I've used Brad for years with no complaints.
Chesapeake Sails in Annapolis....Chuck O'Malloy....I heard they are offering a 30% winter discount.....not sure if its true but worth checking out.
We have been very happy with this sail loft.
I'm in central Jersey and also used Eggers, so I ended up sending my Jib to Doyle on Long Island for repairs, shipping was only about $45 for a C&C 35 genny. Shipping is not that much if you pack tightly and don't send too far.
I'm happy to endorse Brad Linthicum (Linthicum Sailmakers, Somerdale, NJ). When I bought my boat most of the sails aboard had been made in his loft years back. The ones that hadn't been much used (trysail, storm jib, no. 2 jib) were pristine. The main--which had a service tag dated 2005 from another loft--so who knows how old it really is--was very tired but functional. The old genoa was shot.
I went to replace the genoa. Living in near the Chesapeake, I went to 3 lofts in Annapolis, two by phone & email, and one by phone and email and 2 in-person visits. There was nothing ambiguous or unusual about what I wanted. For months I couldn't even get a quote, from any of them. I finally called up Brad, had a quote the next day, had the sail ordered and deposit down with the week, and got a new genoa, meeting my needs in all respects, exactly when he said he would deliver it--which was when I needed it. He's making me a new main now. I have been very pleased in all respects.
Check out Chuck O'Malley with Chesapeake Sailmakers. I purchased a new main and 135 from him this summer... the build quality is stunning. He is working with a bulider in South Africa, I think this guy builds these sails for the Cape. Built in handles for reefing, multi layered seams, oversized bolt ropes,..these sails are sick. I looked for years at various buliders and lofts aroud Annapolis. Chuck used to be with Doyle but went out on his own a few years ago. He is a sailor and has a strong following with the Annapolis racers, almost to a fault. At least check him out as well as the others mentioned. I did not care for my experience with North Sails in Annapolis fwiw.

I ended up going to Linthicum Sailmakers in Somerdale, NJ. I've head nothing but good feedback about them (and they're close by).
I'll post something here on my experience when I get the sails back.
No matter what I'm thinking a new set of sails is about two years out on the horizon...
