Rhodes 22 mast lowering under bridge

I have a Rhodes 22 and must lower mast partly to clear a bridge. Has anyone rigged the boat for this purpose? What type of winch used and how mounted? Any suggestions.

Am not familiar with the Rhodes 22 but have rigged a couple of boats to lower the mast.

If you don''t get the info you need let me know a few things about your boat. i.e.

1. Does the mast hinge at the cabin top?
2. Are the spreaders straight from the mast or swept aft?
3. Do you have a single shroud attach point on each side or two?
