Tough Coating for Oars for our Fatty Knees

We do a good bit of bright teak care on our Cabo Rico but I am at a cross road with doing our ash oars for our dink. We use Cetol, Captain's or Spar varnish on the mother ship and they have provided an easy to use and live with coatings. However, I would like to find something that stands up to UV and just the life as a well used oar. The dink hangs in davits and the oars lie in the dink. Only the solar panels shade the oars so they do not have an easy life.

I have not used these products but am curious if I need to explore these coatings. Has anyone used the following: Quantum, System Three, 1850 Exterior Varnish or the Signature product? Did you find it durable? did it provide a pleasing finish? was it challenging to apply?

Thanks for any information you may be able to share.

Ash is a wood that easily turns BLACK in the presence of water.
Paint the oars.

If it was me (and it is not), I would put on whatever I was regularly using on the rest of the boat.
