spinnaker sheets
I assume you are referring to the "plastic" Lewmars. I have used them for a few years on my 30'' ULDB with a large masthead spinnaker. These are for light air sheets, only! I found out the hard way planing at near 14 knots. I have 5/16" Yalelight sheets on the smaller size Nabs. They attach by running one end through the hole, knotting it with a stop knot, then squeezing (or jamming) the knot back into the capture area between the shackle endhole and the opening part; hence, the odd shape of the fitting.
In heavier air, I use 3/8" sheets with a bowline.
