Cool Currents

I recently ran across a magazine article concerning a type of air conditioning system made by a company called "Cool Currents." The concept of the system is simple enough, it''s basically a heat exchanger. You drop a hose overboard which has a small pump attached to it. The hose is lowered to the cooler water towards the bottom. The pump supplies intake water to circulate through a small heat exchanger that has 12 volt muffin fans blowing across it. This in turn supplies the boat with cool air.The system draws very little current. Has anyone purchased one of these systems? If so, what do you think of it?
