Marine Heat Shrink Tubing

Anyone have a good line on heat shrink tubing from a online retailer?

I asked myself the same question and found our marina store to be competitive to most internet retailers, if you're looking for small quantities. Unless you have to rewire your whole boat, it's probably more cost effective for you to purchase from a local marine supply store. How can they ask so much for a few short pieces of plastic tubing?

Here's a link to Defender, one of my typical online suppliers:

Don't forget to get adhesive lined heat shrink tubing...rather than just heat shrink tubing. The former will create a waterproof seal that helps prevent corrosion, the latter will not.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Look for a water well drilling or well pump supply house in your area. We use the good shrink tube on submersible pump motors. Comes black or clear. Seem to be able to find the black in a heavier wall thickness than the clear.
