A paint called "Top Secret"- has anyone used this?

I have to paint my topsides because it's all chauky and change the color of the sides of the boat ( its faded). I did a goggle search and came up with something called Top Secret - advertised as being used by our military ships.
Anyone have any experience using this type of paint? thanks

Never heard of it but we just painted our boat with AwlGrip and after using the product and the results we had I would not recommend anything else. See pictures @ http://www.sailnet.com/forums/gear-m...e-stripes.html

I have not used the paint, but have used the top secret spar varnish in the interior of my 85 Jeanneau. Easy to work with, seems to be as advertised etc.
