My research on marine wind generators has shown info that seems to be a bit old.. where might I turn, to learn the ins and outs on the various brands of marine type wind-generators?

Try Practical Sailor; they recently did a test. (Within the last year or so.)

I found a directory of sailing web sites called www.EverythingAboutSailing.com that has listings for wind and water generators and all kinds of other sailing gear as well. It has been very helpful when i do research on anything about sailing.

Ridgeguy, they need to work on their search engine. I tried to find several categories of very basic info and manufacturers and the search came up blank. It seems to be a lot less complete and more of a commercial site than "the Mother of all Sailing Websites" which actually is a great resource than the EverythingAboutSailing site. Do you work for the EverythingAboutSailing site?
